Message from the CHARM Leadership Regarding COVID-19

Dear CHARM family,
The COVID-19 pandemic confronting us represents an unprecedented and highly complicated time. Drawing from our public health work with HIV, we are familiar with mental health and other behavioral health challenges faced by clinicians, researchers, and patients, and affected communitiesduring a public health crisis. This is a time to make sure to take care of not only your physical health, but also your mental health
As a mental health center, we at CHARM want todo what we can to help. One of the things we are doing is keeping track of various resources that may be helpful to you, your communities, and/or your families that relate to managing the stress, anxiety, or other emotional reactions to what may involve at least some level distress.
Therefore, as a first step, we are working on organizing and making available on this web siteresources that may be helpful to yourelated to mental andbehavioral health, resilience, and coping with this unpredictable and, potentially difficult stress. Please see the links below for resources. And, if you have any feedback, comments, concerns, or new resources, please reach out to us at Stay safe
